Royale Epoxy MN The Soloist SC (Slow Cure) is VOC-compliant, high solids, 2-component, and designed as a base coat for color flake (chip) flooring. This application can be applied to new and existing concrete.

Our The Soloist SC (Slow Cure) formula provides a long working time and excellent adhesion and hide to concrete in a single coat application. The Soloist SC (Slow Cure) withstands up to 9 lbs of moisture vapor emissions. The Soloist SC (Slow Cure) adheres to damp or dry concrete and gives ample open time for broadcasting the color flakes (chips).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If full broadcast of flake chips is not disbursed, sanding will be required.

Coverage: 200 – 225 SF/Gal Over freshly profiled concrete. Perks to this Epoxy are – Highest adhesion rating to concrete, “350”, Lifetime Adhesion Warranty on residential garage floors, Holds back up to 9 lbs. of Moisture Vapor Transmission.

This epoxy is specifically designed to be a PRIMER COAT ONLY! You must broadcast to refusal or topcoat this product w/another coat of either “PIGMENTED” Epoxy or Sealer or risk serious ambering.

The Royale Epoxy MN Flake System offers a natural stone look for your epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, and urethane floor coating system. Royale Epoxy MN Flake System is broadcast into a colored epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic or urethane base-coat. Our flake systems are sold in 25 lb. boxes. How much to use depends on the look desired. The more flakes used the less you see of the base coat color and more you see the flakes.

Royale Epoxy MN Crown Shield has essentially zero odor. The ideal applications are hospitals, restaurants, kennels, veterinary facilities, health care facilities, and garages etc. It is a two-component, extremely chemical resistant, and non-yellowing aliphatic polyaspartic. It features high gloss, high build, and a cure time of 4 to 6 hours, and generally return to service in 24 hours. It can be installed in extremely high or low temperatures. Royale Epoxy MN Crown Shield is the ideal product when extremely low odor, durability and UV stable system are required.

Coverage:
200 SF/Gal – Standard Coverage rate over flat surfaces
100 – 175 SF/Gal – Over broadcast surfaces – Flake, Quartz, Sand
150 SF/Gal – This is for a very nice glassy – flat type finish.
